Our story
Ivy Care Management was set up to give vulnerable adults in and around Shrewsbury a safer, calmer way to travel to the care they rely on. The focus is simple: the person travelling comes first, and every journey is planned around what they need.

To provide safe, reliable and compassionate transport for vulnerable adults, and to be a partner that councils, care providers and families can depend on.
